Our Services
Third Sunday Service
There may be other occasions, besides marriages, naming ceremonies and funerals, when it is appropriate to mark a significant life event. Other possibilities include a separation service in the case of divorce, an acknowledgement of a person's sexuality or gender alignment, or marking a retirement.
In each case, a Unitarian celebrant will work with the person concerned to devise a form of service that will acknowledge the event and its significance in a form that is appropriate to the unique situation. Please contact us for more information.
Time: 1:00 p.m.
Location: Kathleen Syme Library and Community Centre
Also available: Zoom streaming for remote participants
First Sunday Zoom Service
On the first Sunday of the month, we hold an informal zoom service. These sessions vary and may include:
-
A guided meditation
-
A discussion on a Unitarian-Universalist principle
-
A speaker on a social justice issue
